Bon Temps Boilers is a crawfish catering and distribution company rooted deep in the culture of South Louisiana. We specialize in catered crawfish boils, hot boiled crawfish delivery, live crawfish sales in the Lafayette area, and nationwide live crawfish shipping across the U.S. For private events, corporate gatherings, fundraisers, festivals, and neighborhood block parties, we also arrange authentic Cajun and Zydeco live music to complete the experience.
Crawfish isn’t just something we cook — it’s who we are, where we come from, and how we celebrate. Bon Temps Boilers was founded by three lifelong Louisiana boilers: Meg Arceneaux, Luke Venable, and Anne Venable, each bringing generations of tradition and skill to the table.
Meg, Anne, and Luke are all third generation boilers raised in the heart of Cajun country. Meg is from the crawfish legacy, Hawk's. Meg launched Hawk’s Boil up ten years ago as a crawfish catering brand known for its Gulf South pop-up boils — the foundation that would eventually evolve into Bon Temps Boilers. Luke and Anne grew up on a rice and crawfish farm North of Kaplan, LA, learning the craft at their grandmother’s boiling stand, Paulos Seafood, and carrying forward both the technique and the tradition.
Together, we created Bon Temps Boilers with one shared vision: to preserve authentic South Louisiana boiling culture and bring it to others with heart, hospitality, and unforgettable flavor. We believe in sourcing quality Louisiana crawfish from the best farmers around, boiling with time-honored family methods, and turning every event into more than a meal — a celebration of community, culture, and Cajun good times. At Bon Temps Boilers, we don’t just deliver crawfish — we deliver a true Cajun experience.
